We’ll work closely together to create a ceremony written specifically for you — from tone and structure to personal details and meaningful moments.

What’s included:

• Multiple meetings (Zoom or in person) to get to know you and plan your ceremony
• A fully personalized ceremony written just for you
• Help with writing personal vows (if requested)
• Inclusion of meaningful stories and special elements
• Officiating your wedding ceremony
• Mailing your marriage licence to the Registrar General of Ontario within 48 hours
• Portable sound system and headset microphone, if required

Fee: $500

Rehearsal (optional): $150 (if requested & subject to availability)

Travel: Up to 20 km round trip from my Burlington location is included. For venues beyond this distance, travel is $0.60 per km.

Standard Ceremonies
(Elopements, Vow Renewals & Simple Weddings)

Best for: Couples wanting a meaningful, structured ceremony with simplicity and choice

You’ll choose from two thoughtfully prepared ceremony options, allowing you to select the tone and style that best suits your celebration.

What’s included:

• Initial meeting to get to know you and discuss your ceremony
• Follow-up meeting closer to your wedding date to confirm details
• Choice of two prepared ceremonies
• Officiating your wedding ceremony
• Mailing your marriage licence to the Registrar General of Ontario within 48 hours
• Portable sound system and headset microphone, if required

Fee: $400

Simple Legal Ceremony

Best for: Couples who want a simple, straightforward legal marriage ceremony in Ontario

A respectful and meaningful legal ceremony with minimal planning and a focus on the essentials.

What’s included:

• One planning meeting to confirm ceremony details
• A prepared legal ceremony
• Officiating your wedding ceremony
• Mailing your marriage licence to the Registrar General of Ontario within 48 hours

Fee: $300
